Who we are

Anshacavy is an art house offering apparel, accessories, digital collectibles and art.

This Privacy Policy explains how Anshacavy ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit anshacavy.com, join a waitlist, create an account or make a purchase, and when we interact with you on social media.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your email address when you sign up for updates or a waitlist, account details when you sign in, and order details (such as name and shipping address) when you make a purchase.

Wallet information: if you connect a crypto wallet, we receive your public wallet address. We never receive or store your private keys.

Payment information: payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Technical information: basic data your browser sends, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, plus cookies and similar storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your site preferences.

How we use information

We use information to run the website, process orders and deliver what you buy, manage accounts and passes, send updates you asked for, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information.

TikTok and other social platforms

We use social media management software, connected through the official APIs of TikTok and other platforms, to publish content to Anshacavy's own accounts.

When an Anshacavy account is connected, we receive only what is needed to post on its behalf: basic profile information for that account (such as its name and avatar) and the access tokens TikTok issues. These are stored securely and used only to schedule and publish our own content and view its performance.

We do not use the TikTok API to collect personal information about people who view, like or comment on our content. Access can be revoked at any time from the connected account's TikTok settings.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run Anshacavy, such as website hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, payment and blockchain minting providers, and only as needed for them to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.

Blockchain transactions, such as minting or transferring a digital pass, are recorded on a public blockchain and are visible to anyone. We cannot delete or change them.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

Anshacavy is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as Anshacavy grows. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date above.
